New Zealand

duskii uses Airmail Australia Post to deliver all New Zealand orders.
$30 Express shipping takes between 3-4 business days
$20 Standard shipping takes between 4-8 business days

International 
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150
duskii uses Australia Post for all International orders. Dependant on location, shipping usually takes 5-10 days standard. Express post usually takes 3-5 days. Tracking will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Taxes & Duties 

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect address/redelivery terms

 Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order.

 If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

For change of mind or incorrect choice on all full price items we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. Sale items or item's with a discount code applied we will gladly provide an exchange or credit note.

Providing: 

You contact us within 30 days of receipt of purchase; that goods are unworn, unwashed and in original saleable condition with tags and sanitary sticker attached, and inside original packaging.

Do I have to pay to return the item/s to you?

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless return is due to a mistake on our behalf or by fault of manufacturer.

How long is my store credit valid for?

For all garments purchased on sale or using a promotional code you will be issued with a store credit valid for 12 months only from the original purchase date.

I have received a faulty item. What do I do? 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment please contact us as quickly as possible as we can assist. While your swimsuit is made to last we are not liable for general wear and tear. We use high quality Neoprene and Nylon however, please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend cold hand washing separately and rinse well after use.

My returns have been rejected. Why?

duskii carries strict return requirements in the interests of other customers as well as hygiene. Your return could be rejected for the following reasons:

  1. You contacted us for a returns outside the 30-day return period.
  2. The item was returned without an official returns form.
  3. The item was returned either without the hygiene liner and/or original tags and packaging are missing.
  4. The item is damaged and/or marked

We will only accept returns on garments which are in a re-sellable condition so please be aware when packing the return items. Should your returns be rejected we will discuss the reasons with you via email and return the original item to you once you have paid for return postage.
